In the morning, I remember Gananatha (Lord of the Ganas), who is the friend of the helpless, whose two cheeks shine brightly with abundant sindoor (vermilion), who acts like a fierce staff to destroy insurmountable obstacles, and who is worshipped by the group of gods led by Indra (Akhandala).
ప్రాతఃకాలమున శుభము కొరకు నేను చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మచే నమస్కరింపబడువానికి మ్రొక్కుచున్నాను. ఆయన భక్తుల ఇష్టానుసారము సమస్త వరములను ప్రసాదించువాడు. పెద్ద ఉదరము కలవాడు, సర్పరాజును యజ్ఞోపవీతముగా ధరించినవాడు మరియు శివపార్వతుల యొక్క విలాసవంతమైన, చతురుడైన కుమారుడు.
In the morning, I bow for my auspiciousness to the Lord who is worshipped by the four-faced Brahma, who grants all boons according to one's desires, who has a large belly, who wears the king of serpents as his sacred thread, and who is the playful and skillful son of Shiva and Parvati.
ప్రాతఃకాలమున నేను భయమును పోగొట్టువాడు, భక్తుల శోకమనే అడవిని దహించే కార్చిచ్చు వంటివాడు అయిన పరమేశ్వరుని కుమారుని భజిస్తున్నాను. ఆయన శ్రేష్ఠమైన ఏనుగు ముఖము కలవాడు, అజ్ఞానమనే అడవిని నాశనము చేసే అగ్ని వంటివాడు మరియు మనలో ఉత్సాహమును పెంపొందించువాడు.
In the morning, I worship the Lord of the Ganas, the son of Ishwara, who grants fearlessness, who acts as a forest fire to the sorrows of his devotees, who has an excellent elephant face, who acts as the fire (Havyavaha) that destroys the forest of ignorance, and who increases our enthusiasm.
ఈ పవిత్రమైన మూడు శ్లోకములు ఎల్లప్పుడూ సకల ఐశ్వర్యాలను (సామ్రాజ్యమును) ప్రసాదిస్తాయి. ఏ పవిత్రమైన మానవుడైతే ఉదయాన్నే నిద్రలేచి నిత్యము వీటిని పఠిస్తాడో, వాడు గొప్ప శుభాలను పొందుతాడు.
This sacred set of three verses always bestows great dominion and wealth. Any pure-hearted person who wakes up early in the morning and constantly recites them will attain the greatest auspiciousness.
