శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజాష్టకం (హరివరాసనం)

శ్రేష్ఠమైన సింహాసనంపై ఆసీనుడైనవాడు, విశ్వమును మోహింపజేయువాడు, సూర్యమండలానికి ప్రభువు, పూజింపదగిన పాదపద్మములు గలవాడు, శత్రువులను సంహరించువాడు, నిత్యము ఆనంద తాండవం చేయువాడు అయిన శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని (అయ్యప్పస్వామిని) నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja (Ayyappa), who is seated on a sacred throne, who enchants the universe, who is the lord of the solar system, whose holy feet are worshipped, who destroys enemies, and who dances eternally.

'శరణం' అను కీర్తనలచే సంతోషించువాడు, శక్తివంతమైన మనస్సు కలవాడు, విశ్వమును పోషించుటలో ఆసక్తి గలవాడు, ఆనందంగా నృత్యం చేయువాడు, ఉదయించు సూర్యుని వలె ప్రకాశించువాడు మరియు భూతగణములకు నాయకుడైన శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who is pleased by the chanting of 'Saranam', whose mind is powerful, who is absorbed in protecting the universe, who is gracefully engaged in dance, who shines radiantly like the morning sun, and who is the lord of all beings.

అశ్వమును వాహనముగా గలవాడు, అందమైన ముఖము కలవాడు, శ్రేష్ఠమైన గదను ఆయుధముగా ధరించినవాడు, వేదములచే వర్ణింపబడినవాడు, గురువు వలె కృపను ప్రసాదించువాడు మరియు కీర్తనలను ఇష్టపడు శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who rides a horse, who has a beautiful face, who wields a blessed mace, who is glorified in the Vedas, who bestows the grace of a Guru, and who is fond of devotional songs.

ముల్లోకములచే పూజింపబడువాడు, దేవతల ఆత్మ స్వరూపుడు, త్రినేత్రుడైన పరమశివుని ప్రభువు, దివ్యమైన గురువు, దేవతలచే పూజింపబడువాడు మరియు భక్తులు కోరిన వరాలను ప్రసాదించు శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who is worshipped by the three worlds, who is the soul of the gods, who is the lord of the three-eyed Shiva, who is the divine preceptor, who is worshipped by the Devas, and who grants desired boons.

సంసార భయాలను పోగొట్టువాడు, శుభాలను కలిగించువాడు, విశ్వాన్ని మోహింపజేయువాడు, పవిత్రమైన భస్మమును ఆభరణముగా ధరించినవాడు, తెల్లని ఏనుగును వాహనముగా గలవాడు మరియు దివ్యమైన రక్షకుడైన శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who dispels the fear of worldly existence, who brings prosperity, who enchants the universe, who is adorned with holy ash, who rides a white elephant, and who is the divine protector.

మృదువైన మందహాసము కలవాడు, సుందరమైన ముఖము గలవాడు, ఏనుగు గున్న వలె కోమలమైనవాడు, మోహనమైన దేహము కలవాడు మరియు ఏనుగు, సింహము, గుర్రములను వాహనములుగా గల శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who has a gentle and sweet smile, a beautiful face, who is soft like a baby elephant, whose body is enchanting, and who rides majestic animals like the elephant, lion, and horse.

ఆశ్రితులైన భక్తులకు ప్రియుడైనవాడు, కోరిన వరాలను ఇచ్చువాడు, వేదములే ఆభరణములుగా గలవాడు, సజ్జనుల జీవితమునకు ఆధారమైనవాడు, వేద నాదమును ఆస్వాదించువాడు మరియు సంగీతమునందు ఆసక్తి గల శ్రీ హరిహరాత్మజుని నేను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in the Supreme Lord Hariharatmaja, who is beloved to those who take shelter in him, who fulfills desires, who is adorned by the Vedas, who sustains the lives of sages, who delights in hearing the Srutis, and who is deeply absorbed in divine music.

స్వామి అయ్యప్పా! నీవే నాకు శరణు. నా తండ్రి అయ్యప్పా! నేను నిన్ను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నాను.

I seek refuge in Lord Ayyappa. My Lord Ayyappa, I surrender to You.
